With England through to the semi-finals of Euro 2022 what better time to celebrate women in football? The National Football Museum, in Manchester’s Cathedral Gardens, has lots of activities and exhibitions for you to explore.

Crossing the Line: the story of women’s football, chronicles the game’s early growth, the effects of the FA’s de facto 1921 ban, its survival, and its resurgence in recent decades.

This Fan Girl & Friends is an exhibition celebrating how far we have come from the historical negative and sexist portrayals of female football fans. Featuring work created by This Fan Girl, the exhibition will also host visuals from other women and non binary artists who have been integral in changing the narrative including Zem Clarke, Ruth Davies and Lucien Phoenix to name just a few.

Women’s Euro Heroes Day: ringing in the Women's European Championship final with a day of celebration on Sunday 31st July. There will be Subbuteo, facepainting, crafts, music and more!

All this and lots more – check www.nationalfootballmuseum.com for more information.

Law Firms receive hundreds, if not thousands of enquiries each month. The conversion of these enquiries is critical to the success, profits and future of a law firm.

Dependent on the type of work (i.e conveyancing, family law etc), firms expect anywhere between 20%-40% conversion of inbound enquiries to client instruction.

Some technology-led law firms are now achieving 50%- 70% conversion - meaning higher revenue and cash flow for firm longevity.

Let’s say one file is worth £500 of margin.

100 new enquiries per month at 30% conversion is £15,000 profit (or £180,000 per Annum)… verses 100 new enquiries at 60% conversion bringing £30,000 profit (or £360,000 per annum!!!)  The financial impact of not increasing conversion rates is critical.

The how to achieve this is by implementing the relevant technology, more specifically, omnichannel. Omnichannel is a customisable dashboard to manage client enquiries across any channel, be it traditional methods such as telephony and email to more modern methods such as web chat, Facebook and Twitter.

Law firms can now
  1. View reports which show:
?      Profitability v marketing spend per marketing channel
  • By department
  • By source i.e website, webchat, social media
  • Monthly and trend
  • Missed enquiries & wait-time in, real-time
  1. Full integration with CMS / PMS to log all client interactions and case details
  2. Automatically schedule follow-ups  into diaries
  3. Captured and Analyse content and tone of conversations through AI processes

The tangible benefits being delivered in doing so:

  1. Enhanced Conversion Rates for Inbound Enquiries
  • 50%- 70% clearly deliverable
  • More Revenue and Gross Profit
  • Better experience for both clients and staff
  • Enhanced Cashflow
  1. Enhanced return on marketing spend investment
  • Convert low-hanging fruit by CMS integration
  • Lower cost per file – most cost-effective routes to market
  1. More new and retained clients through enhanced communication and content experience
  2. Enhanced business decision-making, management and supervision through the right data being available

We are offering members of Manchester Law Society complimentary demonstrations on how omnichannel works for a Law Firm. To book yours, email Victor Lisowski, Head of Legal Accounts at VictorL@matrix247.com

Currently looking after over 120 law firms, I’d love to share ideas about how law firms are maximising conversion rates with our technology.
