Client retention is an aspect that holds importance across the board and has only been intensified as we transition into an era of agile working. So the question lies, how can law firms effortlessly streamline communication and keep the logistics needed to keep a firm running whilst providing a first-class client experience?
A recent study revealed that 100% of the UK's top ten Law Firms recognise that technology is the vital challenge they must face in the next couple of years (PWC survey), and with the yearly Insight6 reports highlighting the need for improved client service in the legal sector, ensuring firms keep connected with their clients is critical in the transition.
Competition between law firms is becoming fiercer as mergers and acquisitions take place. Practices are now judged on each micro-touch point of each interaction, all these touchpoints add up to a leg of their customer journey which will determine whether they instruct your law firm or not and whether they will refer your practice to family and colleagues. Together with the ability to measure what is actually occurring in your law firm, you can deliver a personalised client experience, with visibility across all channels.
Because let’s face it, you can’t improve what you can’t measure.
So what’s the solution? Omnichannel software. You may not have heard of this technology yet, nevertheless, some of the UK's Leading Law Firms not only recognise the power of omnichannel but have already implemented it to their business model.
Integrated with case management systems, omnichannel is a highly flexible solution that enables law firms to manage their voice, webchat, email, social media and SMS interactions all in one unified application. But the technology delivers much more than communication management...
With advanced reporting, firms can view key customer service levels in real-time. Whether you want to view average wait times, conversion rates or efforts per employee, you can view the full client journey in one secure platform. When law firms use multiple communication channels properly, it can increase the prospect’s experience with the firm which ultimately increases conversion rates to instruction. The solution is built to automate timely processes so you can focus on driving success and providing the best possible client experience.
By blending people and technology, you can meet each of your client's’ unique needs at any right time, on the right channel, and with empathy.
