The Law Society have recently been made aware of applications becoming delayed or stuck in the system due to the Ministry of Justice’s scanning partners. One example also referred to the scanning company removing the binding from the will and scanning it without the binding. This resulted in a stop asking why the will had staple marks on it.

If you, or your colleagues, are experiencing similar issues the Law Society are keen to hear from you so that they can find out how widespread the problem is.
