For the chosen few, presenting in front of a room full of people isn’t a problem, in fact some people thrive on the pressure and the adrenalin that a presentation can bring.  However, for the vast majority it can be daunting or stressful and for some, even a frightening experience.

In this webinar, Mike Ode from Potential Unearthed will help you to understand why the nerves kick in and how to manage them through being more proactive in your design and delivery.

What will we cover?
  • Are you being authentic? Here’s why YOU should be YOU
  • “I’m rubbish at presenting” – Learn how to get rid of the excess baggage that’s weighing you down
  • Fear & Excitement – They’re just the same (kind of!)
  • How to grab your audience’s attention right from the start to help ease nerves
  • Learn tips for keeping them interested.
  • Ending with a bang
  • “I need the toilet” – Learn techniques for managing those dreaded nerves.

Book your free place by completing the form here or by emailing ChandreMay@manchesterlawsociety.org.uk with the name and email address of the attendees.

Why not come and visit Manchester’s garden in the sky, in all its spring splendour!

The National Trust has brought this iconic piece of Manchester architecture back to life, reimagining the space as a city centre green oasis. A place to escape the bustle of city life and connect back to nature, as well as revel in the historic majesty of its industrial past.

This is a temporary pilot project, to gauge interest and consult the public and business community on what future uses for the Viaduct could be, with a view to designing a permanent green, sustainable and accessible future for it, making it a permanent feature of the Manchester landscape.

We have three exclusive visits for Manchester Law Society members so why not join one of our visits to see for yourself?
