We are launching an opportunity to become an MLS Ambassador at your firm. Corporate member firms will be contacted over the next month to nominate their MLS Ambassador who will act as a key point of contact between the firm and the Society.

We hope that our Ambassadors will directly experience and showcase the benefits of membership, promote the work of the Society, and encourage their colleagues to get involved. The Ambassadors will also benefit from increased contact with the Manchester Legal community and a better understanding of the opportunities that exist for your firm as a result of being a member of MLS.

Read more about what we are looking for in our Ambassadors and what the benefits to you and your firm.

Managing a large portfolio of properties is both time-consuming and costly. Large, complex portfolios are notorious for being stressful, unruly and indifferent to deadlines. Juggling multiple return dates and deadlines, while solving unexpected issues and managing overheads, can drain hours of productive conveyancing time.

We’re here to help - SearchFlow offers a quick and efficient solution for 5-5,000+ properties.

Our portfolio service is for everyone - it removes the administration burden for projects of five or more properties. Let us deal with the creation, mapping and delivery of your large projects. Our service can manage over 5,000 commercial or residential properties.
Reduce overheads and delays for large volume transactions, or single, complex sites with our professionally managed portfolio services.

Outsource time-intensive portfolio management

If you have a large area of agricultural land with complex polygon data or large commercial properties, our portfolio service can provide an accurate quote and clear up any geolocation data irregularities before submission. From there, your project can move seamlessly and quickly through to completion.

Your portfolio will be handled by our dedicated portfolio team. They have the experience needed to deal with large commercial or group properties. Let our team take your administrative burden.

Portfolio stats (so far)

  • Over 43,000 properties transacted
